The founder and owner of pouts & Crowns saw that there was a real gap in the hair and beauty market in Lancaster, Chloe wanted to bring in the fun, modern and Glamours side to hair and beauty, where you can have all your hair and beauty needs under one roof. we strive to bring the modern larger city salon standards into our Lancaster salon.
